Manchester Health Film Festival is the first EVER city-wide Film Festival that brings together outstanding creative talents, health professionals and the public to discuss health through creative films.

 

We are here to encourage a culture that fosters empathy, clarity, understanding and public connections with health themes that remain hidden but affect our livelihoods and communities.

What makes us unique?

 

This festival offers city wide boot camps around film training leading up to the event, allowing for entries to be accessible from all levels of creatives and age ranges. It also collaborates with local organisations, institution and communities to make this a city wide affair. 

​

No one should be left out when it comes to films for health. Our early bird 'free submission' has now ended but we are currently offering a reduced entry fee of £10 until April 30th. We've also provided free online resources to help get you started on your filmmaking journey!

The Film Of The Festival is a title awarded to Freshrb's favourite submission. Although films cannot be directly submitted to this category, all films will be considered for this award by default when submitted to any of the other categories
